Nigel Papworth FRICS has been working in the estate agency industry for over 40 years and initially started his career in King’s Lynn for Abbotts Countrywide and was trained by the best in the business at that time and trained to become a Chartered Surveyor. In 1979, he relocated from The Fens to the Suffolk seaside town, Felixstowe to take the position as Sales Negotiator at Diamond Mills & Co under the Partnership of James Diamond and Godfrey Mills. In 1982, Nigel bought out the Partnership and has been established in the town ever since selling and letting thousands of properties. Over the years, Nigel has taken a keen interest into Antique Auctions and still today holds special Fine Art Antiques Auctions at The Saleroom in Orwell Road. In July 2019, Nigel sold a very rare Chinese vase for £200,000 which was of course a lifetime ambition and achievement.
